Return Process

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit, as home decor and fragile goods must be received in resalable condition.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
